Order Processing Times
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing and dispatch.
“Dispatched” means your order has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is en route to your address.
During peak times and holidays, processing may extend up to 7 business days.

Delivery times depend on your location and begin after your order has been dispatched. Below are estimated transit times by region:

If our system detects an address issue, our support team will contact you within 3 business days to confirm details. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Delayed Delivery
At TerraBeam, we aim for timely delivery. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or transit issues.
In rare cases, processing delays may occur due to product availability, address verification, or payment issues. If this happens, we will notify you promptly.
TerraBeam is not responsible for delays caused by external factors and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Our team is always available to assist with concerns.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is handed to the carrier, events during transit are beyond our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us through our Contact Us page.
We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as additional details may be required. Our team will also follow up on your behalf. While TerraBeam cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to assist and may offer a replacement if the package is not recovered.
